4.1 Evan Social retains ownership of all materials created until payment is made in full for the associated services.

4.2 Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for their intended purpose.

4.3 We reserve the right to showcase final project deliverables as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1 We collect basic personal data (e.g., name, email address) through contact forms or analytics tools. By using the site, you consent to such collection. A full privacy policy will be made available and governs our handling of data.

5.2 We do not share or sell personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
